Christmas Delivery Information

 

Our warehouse will be closed on 25th, 26th December and 1st January. 

Please find information on Australia Post Christmas delivery dates to guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Please note we use Parcel post for our standard shipping option and Express post for our expedited option. 

During the Christmas period you can still order from Amazon Australia

We process orders Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Orders are not processed on weekends.  

All shipments use a trackable service.

We offer 2 shipping services:

Standard: $9.95 or $16.95 (weight dependent)  (7-10 days) 

Expedited: $20.00  (3-5 days)

If you have not received it within these time frames then please click here to contact us as the faster we know, the faster we can help.

You will receive an email from us to say the order has been despatched (please check your junk mail for our email) and then a separate email from Amazon which enables you to track your order.

✈️ International orders:

We do not deliver outside of Australia.  Please click here to check the availability of our products on your local Amazon as it will be cheaper and easier for you to buy from there. 

Please be aware our warehouse will be closed and will not be shipping on the following Public Holidays:

Friday 7 April: Good Friday

Saturday 8 April: Easter Saturday

Sunday 9 April: Easter Sunday

Monday 10 April: Easter Monday

Monday 1 May: Labour Day

Monday 2 October: King's Birthday

Monday 25 December: Christmas Day
